<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste fluid combustion system supplying a waste fluid discharged as industrial waste from various plants or the like to a combustion furnace while minimizing filtering for removing solid contents. <P>SOLUTION: The waste fluid combustion system supplies the waste fluid to the combustion furnace 1 carrying out combustion by spraying the waste fluid from a spray nozzle 7. The system has a tank 21 holding the waste fluid, a crusher 25 for pulverizing solid contents in the waste fluid, a strainer 26 for filtering the waste fluid having passed through the crusher 25, a circulation passage 23 using a circulating pump 22 to circulate the waste fluid with the solid contents crushed and filtered by the crusher 25 and the strainer 26, a branch passage 27 branched off from the circulation passage 23 and supplying the waste fluid to the spray nozzle 7, and a flow rate control means 28 for maintaining a flow rate of the branch passage 27 at a desired flow rate. A passage cross section area of the branch passage 27 is formed smaller than a passage cross sectional area of the circulation passage 23 of at least an upstream side than the branch passage 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
