<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion containing carbon nanotubes and other components suitable for forming a film, in which presence of carbon nanotubes reduces the production cost of the conventional materials which do not contain carbon nanotubes, and which improves effectiveness, preferably conductivity of a product. <P>SOLUTION: In a film production method for producing a conductive film, a method for producing a film having a whole light transmittance of≥60% and surface resistance of <10<SP>10</SP>Ω/sq comprises forming the film in which a plurality of carbon nanotubes each having an outer diameter of <3.5 nm are provided on the surface of a substrate.
