PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly precisely do positioning of a work film without inflicting any damage to it even if it has a tackiness or it is a thin film. SOLUTION: The film punching and pasting equipment has a die 14 having a punching hole 30 that punches a film scrap 9 out of a work film 5, a holding member arranged below the die 14 to hold up a tape carrier 7 in a conveyance direction, a positioning mechanism for positioning the work film 5 and the tape carrier 7, a punch 6 for punching a film scrap 9 out of the predetermined position of the work film 5 set on the die 14 by the positioning mechanism as well as pressing the film scrap 9 against a predetermined position on the tape carrier 7 positioned on the holding member by the positioning mechanism, and a heater block 10 for heating up the tape carrier 7 by coming up from under the holding member and bringing the film scrap 9 in contact with the tape carrier 7, and the film scrap 9 pressed on the tape carrier 7, thus thermally press-bonding it.
