PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile terminal equipment for obtaining excellent acoustic characteristics by securing resonance space, needed for sound radiation of a speaker, in a narrow space. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal device has extension space S1 formed between an upper case 30 and an exterior panel 50 and the extension space S1 is formed as resonance space of an electromechanical acoustic transducer 31 through an air permeable hole 33 in addition to internal space S of the upper case 30, thereby obtaining excellent acoustic characteristics.
