PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display driver which drives a source line and a counter electrode while surely reducing electric power consumption with simple configuration, and also to provide an electrooptical device, and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The display driver for driving the electrooptical device includes: a switch for accumulating counter electrode charges which is disposed between a first capacitive element connecting node connected with one end of the first capacitive element and a counter electrode voltage output node supplied with the voltage of the counter electrode opposing to the pixel electrode of the electrooptical device via an electrooptical substance; a first source shortcircuit switch which is disposed between a first source output node supplied with an output voltage to the first source line of the electrooptical device and a prescribed source voltage output node; and a switch for accumulating source charges which is disposed between a second capacitive element connecting node connected with one end of the second capacitive element and the source voltage output node.
