PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic transport control method and its device capable of preventing increase in powder speed at a final stage of pneumatic transport of granules and powder. SOLUTION: In this pneumatic transport control method, after certain amount of granules and powder is stored inside a transporter 6 for storing granules and powder sent from a storage tank 2, the internal pressure inside the transporter 6 is increased to certain pressure, and the granules and powder are transported to inside of a transport pipe 5 by compressed air from a booster nozzle NB. A transport pressure adjusting mechanism 9 for adjusting the pressure inside the transport pipe 5 is arranged at a terminal of the transport pipe 5, so as to enhance the internal pressure in the vicinity of the terminal of the transport pipe 5 and prevent increase in the powder speed in the vicinity of the terminal of the transport pipe 5.
