PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of peeling a release sheet of a soft member, preventing deformation and breakage of the soft member due to insertion of a needle, when peeling the release sheet from the soft member by using a needle as an auxiliary means. SOLUTION: When peeling the release sheet from the soft member provided with the release sheet in one surface thereof by using this method of peeling a release sheet of a soft member, the flat needle is arranged near the release sheet peeling position, and the release sheet is peeled with the flat needle inserted into the soft member.
