PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve unit of a container filling machines, particularly for glass bottle fillers. SOLUTION: More specifically, the present invention relates to the valve unit (1), particularly for the container filling machines (8). This valve unit has a hollow body (2) and in the hollow body there is housed a plug (3). The plug (3) is hollow, and has an outer duct (23) and an inner duct (24) coaxial to the outer duct (23). A probe having a diameter smaller than the opening of the inside duct (24) being coaxially housed within the inner duct.
