PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal pressure rotating mechanism of an air-sealing type tire of a car or a bicycle which is capable of enhancing energy-saving performance by providing the internal pressure rotating mechanism around a rotary shaft, and generating rotational force energy by the rotation. SOLUTION: The internal pressure rotating mechanism is mounted in a vicinity of a rotary shaft in a wheel of an air-sealing type tire 21, the air in the air-sealing type tire 21 is filled therein, and the rotational force is generated in an axle by using the pneumatic pressure. For a car, the internal pressure rotating mechanism can be mounted only by improving a wheel structure. For a bicycle, the requested step-on force is considerably reduced.
