PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a vehicular air-conditioning device capable of installing an intake duct on an accurate position of a vehicle body panel and of simply connecting a connector part with shield performance ensured inside and outside a cabin. SOLUTION: One end of the intake duct 2 is connected with the openings 1a, 1b of the vehicle body panel 1 for dividing the inside and outside of a cabin, while the other end is connected with an HVAC unit 5 inside the cabin 11. A sealing member 3 is intervened between the vehicle body panel and the edge of the external air suction mouth 2a of the intake duct, while a post bracket 6 is intervened between the intake duct and a cross car beam 4 inside the cabin. The outer shell of the intake duct is sandwiched between the end of the post bracket 6 and the vehicle body panel to fix the post bracket to the vehicle body panel, thereby connecting a mount connecter 7 with the outer shell and exposing the terminal 7a of the mount connecter 7 outside the cabin.
