PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simply continuously cast a double-layered cast slsb, which is different in solute enrichment between a surface layer part and an inner part, without using a plurality of molten steels. SOLUTION: In this method for continuously casting the double layered cast slab different in the solute enrichment between the surface layer part and the inner part, the molten steel having a predetermined component is poured in the horizontal direction or obliquely downward to the horizontal direction toward both short sides 2a from the center part in the transverse section a mold 2, and at the same time, the molten ferro-alloy containing≥20 mass% component other than the iron component is added in vertically downward direction from the position near the drawing-out side out of the pouring position. If necessary, an electromagnetic stirring is performed at the inner part of the mold or in a roller-apron zone just below the mold. Thus, the cast slab different in the solute enrichment between the surface layer and the inner part can be simply continuously cast without using the plurality of molten steels.
