PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer material wherein adhesion of a surface is lost or suppressed by a manner different from a conventional manner, and also to provide a method for producing the material and further to provide a buffer material. SOLUTION: The elastomer material comprises 100 pts.wt. of a styrene block copolymer, 50-2,000 pts.wt. of an elastomer body 11 formed by an elastomer material containing a hydrocarbon type process oil as the main ingredient and a coated film 13 which is formed by coating a surface of the above body 11 with a liquid composition obtained by dissolving a resin component containing mainly a fluorine-modified acrylic resin in a fluorine type volatile solvent and evaporating the volatile solvent.
