PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive tape that has excellent adhesiveness to wet skin and excellent adhesive strength to dry skin, no limitation to a substrate to be used, suitably useful as a patch product for medical application, such as a plaster, etc., having high moisture permeability. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape is obtained by forming an adhesive layer comprising an acrylic adhesive composed of an acrylic copolymer which is prepared by copolymerizing a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (A) containing≥80 wt.% of an 8-12C alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester with a functional group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) having the glass transition temperature of a homopolymer of≤60°C in the mixing ratio of the (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer (A) to the functional group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) of 95-99.5:5-0.5 by weight and has a glass transition temperature of -10 to -30°C and a weight-average molecular weight of 300,000-600,000 on at least one side of a substrate having air permeability or moisture permeability.
