PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology high in herbicidal activity, causing no phytotoxicity problem against crops and preventing wide range weeds, and the like. SOLUTION: A herbicidal composition and the like are provided, which herbicidal composition comprises [a] 1-(2-chloroimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-3-ylsulfonyl)-3-(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)urea and [b] a compound represented by formula (II) as active components, and is effectively usable especially in paddy fields and crop fields.
