PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical bioinstrumentation device capable of showing a position relation between a cranial surface and a brain surface. SOLUTION: The device is characterized by including a configuration image data acquisition means 32 for acquiring a cranial surface configuration image data by extracting configuration image data showing the cranial surface, and acquiring a brain surface configuration image data by extracting configuration image data showing the brain surface, based on configuration image data showing a subject; a configuration image display means 33 for performing image display of a three-dimensional configuration image 24d showing a position relation between a cranial surface image 24a and a brain surface image 24b by synthesizing the cranial surface configuration image data with the brain surface configuration image data; a measuring point determination means 34 for determining one or a plurality of prescribed positions on the brain surface image as measuring points, respectively; and an estimation point determination means 35 for determining a specific position on the cranial surface image as an estimation point based on each measuring point, and performing image display of the estimation point.
