PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proportional solenoid valve having a plurality of grooves along the axial direction of an outside diameter of a core stator, equalizing the thickness of resin covering a coil in the integral molding of the core stator and the coil, and capable of preventing the deformation of a bobbin. SOLUTION: The proportional solenoid valve 10 is constituted of a sleeve 11 constituting a valve body, and a spool 13 sliding in a spool hole 12 making the inside thereof direct to the axis direction. A solenoid 18 is provided with the core stator 25 having a diameter enlargement part abutted to a diameter enlargement part at the axial end of the sleeve 11 and fixed to the sleeve 11 by caulking the inner end of a case 24. In the core stator 25, a plurality of cross surface corner grooves 34 are formed at the axial center of an outer peripheral surface 33 fitted with the bobbin 32 of the solenoid 18.
