The invention provides a pharmaceutical composition, pharmaceutical product or kit comprising a first active ingredient which is a P2X<SUB>7 </SUB>receptor antagonist, and a second active ingredient which is N-[4-[[(2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl)methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid (methotrexate) or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof, for use in the treatment of inflammatory disorders.
