A speaker is provided to enable magnetic flux generated in a magnet of a magnetic circuit part to have electrical characteristics of maintaining high magnetic flux density by a plate and a yoke, by forming the yoke and the plate with an electric steel with low core loss and high magnetic flux density. A magnetic circuit part forms a magnetic circuit by constituting a yoke(21), a magnet(22) inserted into the yoke and a plate(23) installed on the magnet. A diaphragm part is constituted with a voice coil(24) inserted into a magnetic gap between the yoke and the plate of the magnetic circuit part, a damper(25) maintaining vibration by being attached to the voice coil, a diaphragm plate(26) generating acoustic waves, an edge(27) fixing the diaphragm plate to the frame and a dust cap(28) preventing the inflow of foreign substances into a top center part of the diaphragm plate. A frame(29) forms an outer sheath of the magnetic circuit part and the diaphragm part.
