A construction method of stair type vegetation retaining wall blocks are provided to let people or animals move easily by forming stairs on retaining wall blocks. A construction method of stair type vegetation retaining wall blocks comprises the steps of: placing a second block(200) at the left side of the very bottom and placing third blocks(300) at the side of the second block, and then connecting with a connecting member; and placing a first block(100) at the upper part of the second block, placing a second block at the side of the first block and placing third blocks at the remaining part, so that front stair portions(130,230) of the first block and the second block and an upper stair portion(240) of the second block are placed and connected continuously in the oblique direction to form stairs for moving upward and downward.
