<p>An antiviral agent comprising a TNF-a inhibitor has an action of inhibiting the growth of influenza virus, and is useful as a preventive agent for influenza virus infectious diseases or diseases, symptoms, etc. accompanied by influenza virus infection and/or a preventive agent for infection progression in animals including humans, particularly in humans.
