<p>A method for reducing decelerator noise of washing machine and a decelerator of washing machine thereof are disclosed. The method substantially comprises using one of a belt transmission, a chain transmission and a flexible gear transmission or their combination as the transmission mechanism of the decelerator of washing machine. The decelerator of washing machine is a fix axle transmission or a planetary transmission, in which an output shaft and/or an output bushing is/are driven by the input shaft via a belt, a chain or a flexible gear. The decelerator of washing machine according to the present invention is advantageous in that the instantaneous velocity is uniform and that the oil resistance and the abrasion resistance are excellent and that it is easy and inexpensive to maintain the decelerator. Furthermore the noise of the decelerator can be reduced, so that the working noise in an idling condition is not more than 52db. The washing machine with the decelerator of the present invention can steadily run, be good at shockproof performance, cause less noise and be durable, thereby the general quality of the washing machine can be improved significantly.</p> |
