A functional filter for producing magnetized active water is provided to obtain functional magnetized active water in a filter by sequentially passing tap water through a first flow path that is formed in a filter housing and flows to the outside and a second flow path that is formed in the filter housing and flow to the inside. A functional filter for producing magnetized active water comprises: a filter housing; a housing cover which is connected to an opening of the filter housing, and has inlet and outlet connecting adaptors formed thereon; an external cylinder(12) which is inserted into the filter housing to form a first flow path between the external cylinder and the filter housing; an internal cylinder(11) which is inserted into the external cylinder, and which has a second flow path formed in the center thereof; at least one functional porous block member inserted onto an outer peripheral surface of the external cylinder to impart functionality to water that flows through the first flow path; at least one settling member(31) installed in the first flow path to settle particles eluted and worn out from the functional porous block member; and at least one magnetic substance(21) interposed between the internal cylinder and the external cylinder to magnetize water that flows through the second flow path, wherein the functional porous block member comprises at least one selected from a germanium block(41a), a far-infrared ceramic block(41b), an antibacterial ceramic block(41c), and a mineral added ceramic block(41d).
