An automatic primer coating system for a glass panel is provided to increase productivity and automation efficiency by automatically removing a packing paper of the glass panel by a packing paper sucking and removing arm. In an automatic primer coating system(1) for a glass panel(G), a glass panel feeder(100) moves plural packed glass panels in a horizontal direction and removes packing papers one by one by using a packing paper sucking and removing arm(140) installed at one side. A primer coater(200) sucks the glass panels one by one by using position fixing arms(220,230), fixes the glass panels to glass panel fixing units(260,270), applies each primer along the rims of front and rear parts of the glass panel by using a coating robot(R), and moves the glass panel to a conveyor constant-temperature transfer device(300) by using a transfer arm(240). The conveyor constant-temperature transfer device vertically stacks the transferred glass panels, moves the glass panels to a thermostat(320) along a conveyor, and ages the primer of the glass panel in the thermostat.
