<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensing element and a photographing device for solving such a problem that in the photographing element wherein a micro-lens having the same color as the color of a pixel is disposed, the interpolations of the data having the different color from the color of the pixel have been so performed by using the data of the peripheral pixels of the pixel that the quality of the image obtained, when using the interpolated data in a pupil dividing type phase-difference focus adjustment, etc. deteriorates resultantly. <P>SOLUTION: In the optical sensing element and the photographing device, there are arranged regularly a plurality of first pixels 311-314 which have such a plurality of photoelectric converters 12-15 that they have different spectral sensibility characteristics from each other in relation to a micro-lens 10. Consequently, the foregoing interpolations are so made unnecessary or the number of the colors necessary to the foregoing interpolations are so decreased as to improve the quality of the photographed image by the photographing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
