<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily browse an electronic receipt outdoors by downloading the electronic receipt from an electronic receipt server. <P>SOLUTION: This portable terminal device receives simple settlement information created by extracting prescribed contents from the electronic receipt indicating contents of settlement processing, and identification information for downloading the electronic receipt from the electronic receipt server connected through a network and recording the electronic receipt, when electronic settlement is performed by a settlement processing device for electronic settlement, records the received simple settlement information and identification information corresponding to each other, and displays the recorded simple settlement information (S202).
