PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent personal data of a user from being transmitted to the outside of a communication terminal without permission of the user. SOLUTION: In downloading Java-AP software from a Java-AP software distribution server 100, a cellular phone 400 informs a user that Java-AP is used for transmitting personal data, and when the user permits the downloading, the Java-AP software is downloaded. In executing the Java-AP software, the cellular phone 400 informs the user that the Java-AP is used for transmitting personal data, and when the user permits the execution, the Java-AP software is executed.
