摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an exciting circuit common regardless of desired voltage values, in order to reduce a power loss and to suppress a heating value. SOLUTION: The exciting circuit comprises: a constant-voltage power supply 27B which is connected to an excitation coil 22 in series and can adjust and supply an output voltage for exciting the excitation coil 22; a constant-current circuit 29 which is connected to the excitation coil 22 in series and regulates current flowing in the excitation coil 22 to a prescribed value; an excitation polarity switching circuit 28 which is interposed between the excitation coil 22 and the constant-voltage power supply 27B and the constant-current circuit 29, and switches excitation polarities; and a residual voltage detecting circuit 180 which is connected to the constant-current circuit 29 and detects a residual voltage of the constant-current circuit 29. The constant-voltage power supply 27B is configured to be capable of adjusting the output voltage, based on the residual voltage detected by the residual voltage detecting circuit 180.
