PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure of a through hole bored in a reinforced concrete beam, which eliminates a concern of the filling degree of concrete, and dispenses with use of chemical materials etc. SOLUTION: In construction of the reinforcing structure, four tendons 5 in total vertically extending along both side surfaces of the reinforced concrete beam 1, are arranged on both longitudinal sides of a location where the through hole 1d is bored in the reinforced concrete beam 1. Then the tendons 5 are connected to tensioning force bearing members 3, 4 arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the reinforced concrete beam 1, and set in a strained state.
