PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide crosslinked polycarbonate resin composition and film, excellent in solder resistance and the like. SOLUTION: The polycarbonate resin composition is obtained by compounding and crosslinking (A) 100 parts aromatic polycarbonate comprising (A1) represented by formula (1) (wherein, R<SB>1</SB>has an ethylenic double bond on a side chain and is a 8-250C hydrocarbon group) and (A2) represented by formula (2) (wherein, R<SB>2</SB>to R<SB>5</SB>are H, a 1-9C hydrocarbon or a halogen; W is a single bond, a hydrocarbon, O, S, SO, SO<SB>2</SB>, CO or COO), wherein (A1) and (A2) are in a molar ratio (A1):(A2)=6:94 to 40:60 and the glass transition temperature is≥120°C but <245°C, and (B) 5-50 parts polyfunctional monomer of a liquid having≥140 mPa s viscosity and/or a solid at 25°C.
