PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for reducing the electric resistance of a body surface during the electrotransport of an agent to enhance the electrotransport delivery rate of the agent through the surface, and to provide an electrotransport delivery device. SOLUTION: The composition comprises an agent to be delivered through a body surface and an electrotransport enhancer having a hydrophobic tail and a polar head of specific characteristics.
