PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe waterproof case capable of minimizing a possibility of failure caused by intrusion of water. SOLUTION: A lid 3 having a frame body 33 formed with a window part 32 at its center and a flexible sheet 34 stretched on the window part 32 is pivoted to a body 2 having an amplifier and a waterproof speaker, and a battery storage part 19 is provided at a part A being watertight by closing the lid 3 of the body 2, so that the waterproof structure for the battery storage part 19 is used in common with the waterproof structure of the body 2 and the lid 3. This constitution can reduce the cost and also an openable/closable waterproof structure part to minimize the possibility of failure of the body 2 or portable acoustic device P due to the intrusion of water.
