PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clasp whose length can be easily adjusted by simple constitution and a watch provided with the clasp. SOLUTION: The clasp is provided with a pin holding part 30 which is connected to a lower band 5B and holds a pin part 60 provided on the end part of an upper band 5A. The pin holding part 30 has a pair of connecting bodies 31 and 32 connected so as to be freely opened and closed with a spaceαhousing the pin part 60 and extending in the length direction of the band, and an energizing member for energizing the pair of connecting bodies 31 and 32 in a closing direction. The pair of connecting bodies 31 and 32 are provided with partition walls 36L and 36U for partitioning the spaceαinto a plurality of spacesα1 andα2 with an interval in the length direction of the band. When external force in the length direction acts on the upper band 5A, the pin part 60 opens the pair of connecting bodies 31 and 32 and freely moves from the spaceα1 to the adjacent spaceα2 over the partition walls 36L and 36U by the external force.
