PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded plate for greening having high compressive strength and bending strength and low heat transfer coefficientλand heat transmission coefficient K and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The molded plate for greening is obtained by compounding 12-30 wt.% of normal cement with 50-80 wt.% of Shirasu (volcanic ash) having≤20 mm particle diameter, 3.0-8.0 wt.% of zeolite, 0.4-1.4 wt.% of an admixture material, 0.7-1.5 wt.% of an admixture and 2.0-8.0 wt.% of water, kneading the resultant mixture and solidifying the kneaded mixture. Thereby, the penetration of heat can be blocked within the range of 0.5-5 N/mm<SP>2</SP>compressive strength, 0.1-2 N/mm<SP>2</SP>bending strength, 0.1-0.5 heat transfer coefficientλand 1.0-25.0 heat transmission coefficient K.
