PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a radiator core support and a heat exchanger capable of realizing the fixing structure free to easily fix the heat exchanger on the radiator core support previously installing an upper mount member and extensively reducing time and labor required to fix both of them. SOLUTION: The roughly cylindrical upper mount member 3 is installed on an upper side fixing hole 6a (6b), a roughly cylindrical lower mount member 4 is installed on a lower side fixing hole 6c (6d), the heat exchanger 2 is erected after inserting a lower side supporting pin 5c (5d) of the heat exchanger 2 a head end part 8 of which is made in a state separated from a base part 7 into a central hole 4a of the lower mount member 4 diagonally from above, the heat exchanger 2 is made in a state temporarily held by inserting the base part 7 into a lower end part 3d of a central hole 3a of the upper mount member 3 and the head end part 8 is connected to the base part 7 by inserting it into the central hole 3a of the upper mount member 3 from above.
