PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower traveling body that suppresses lateral looseness of each crawler frame located at a projected position, and a working machine provided with the same. SOLUTION: A bolt 14 allows movement of insertion parts 17-20 to guide tubes 6, 7 between a contracted position and the projected position. The bolt is composed so as to be transitionable between a coming-off-preventing state, in which each crawler frame 3, 4 is engaged with the insertion parts 17-20 so as to regulate the movement in the projecting direction of each crawler frame 3, 4 when each crawler frame 3, 4 is moved to the projected position, and a movement-regulating state in which each crawler frame 3, 4 is engaged with the insertion parts 17-20 so as to regulate also the movement in the contracting direction of each crawler frame 3, 4 at least at the projected position.
