PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly forecast the destruction form of a vehicular panel at a collision and to facilitate the design of a safety structure. SOLUTION: The vehicular panel is used as an outer sheath member and an interior member of a vehicle. In the panel 10, a fragile part 30 having weaker rupture strength than the other portion (main panel part 20) in a surface direction by partially making a composition material different is provided.
