PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the plate material feed-in structure and plate material feed-out structure of a horizontal multistage press apparatus capable of suppressing an increase in equipment cost or energy consumption corresponding to the scaling-up of the treatment number of times and enhanced in versalile properties, and a horizontal multistage press apparatus. SOLUTION: A feed-in side revolving axial line O1 (feed-in side revolving axis 216) is arranged along the feed direction on the introducing finish side (deep side) of the plate material W1 to be treated in a feed-in roller frame 212. On the introducing start side (this side) of the plate material W1 to be treated, a pair of left and right feed-in side hydraulic cylinders 217L and 217R are installed between the feed-in roller frame 212 and erected frames 204L and 204R and the introducing start side of the feed-in roller conveyor 210 is regulated by the extension and contraction of a rod 217a so as to rise and fall.
