PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing accessories for exerting mental effects and physical effects and promoting the health and beauty treatment of a wearer's body. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method includes steps of: making an original form of an accessory body of a material such as metal; approximately completely wrapping the original form with crude rubber and forming a hollow 11 similar to the original form in the rubber; filling the hollow with silicon resin or the like and forming a resin mold 14 of the accessory; pouring heat-resistant liquid plaster around the circumference of the resin mold to form a plaster mold; pouring liquid noble metal material in the hollow 18 of the plaster mold to make the accessory body formed with one or a plurality of recess parts 5 on its surface; and mixing silica ore powder with a particle diameter of 0.1-50μm with thermosetting resin at a weight ratio of 1:2 to 1:5, heating the mixture to approximately 50°C to soften the resin and pouring it in the recess parts of the molded accessory body. This method is also characterized in burning and hardening the accessory body in a sintering pattern such as an electric furnace at 120°C-200°C, naturally cooling it, and polishing it, thus disposing a silica sintered body 21 therein.
