A cooking apparatus is provided to save electricity and cooking space and to improve user's convenience by utilizing wasting and remaining heat energy and forming a cooking device and a warm water supplying device in a set. A cooking apparatus comprises a frame(100), a cavity(200) installed inside of the frame, to provide a cooking space(210), a door(300) to open and close the cavity, a heater(400) installed over the cavity, to heat the cooking space, a water tank(600) installed inside of the frame and outside of the cavity, to be heated by the heater, an intake water pipe(700) to supply water to the water tank from an outside, a discharge water pipe(800) to supply water from the water tank to an outside, a temperature sensor(900) installed at a side of the water tank, to check water temperature in the water tank, and a control part(500) connected to the temperature sensor, to control the heater.
