<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional light emitting device that both a structure and a manufacturing process are complicated because a reflector is separately provided. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting device is constituted of first thick conductive foil 11 formed on one principal plane of an insulative substrate 10, second thin conductive foil 12 formed on an opposite principal plane, a half etching hole 25 formed at the first conductive foil 11, a light emitting element 31, through-hole electrodes 21a, 21b, 21c, 21d, 21e and 21f for connecting the first foil 11 with the second foil 12, conductive metal layers 23a, 23b and 23c, a thin metallic wire 30, and transparent protective resin 32. Light emission from the light emitting element 31 is reflected by the conductive metallic layer 23b formed on the curved surface 26 of the half etching hole 25, and the thin metallic wire 30 is bonded with the conductive metal layers 23a and 23c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
