<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater recovery system which can be applied to wastewater containing various surfactants, and is excellent in continuous operability. <P>SOLUTION: The wastewater recovery system 100 comprises an NF membrane water-feeding device 113 which feeds the wastewater containing various surfactants to an NF membrane device, an activated carbon column 117 which treats the wastewater passing through an NF membrane by activated carbon, and a pure water production device 120 which allows the wastewater treated by the activated carbon to pass through itself as raw water, and supplies the wastewater to electronic device manufacturing facilities 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
