<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition excellent in sensitivity, resolution and storage stability, a photosensitive film and a printed circuit board on which a permanent pattern is formed with the photosensitive composition. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition comprises (A) a carboxylic resin having one or more carboxyl groups per molecule, (B) a polymerizable compound, (C) a photopolymerization initiator represented by formula (1) and (D) a heat crosslinking agent, wherein R<SP>1</SP>represents one of acyl, alkoxycarbonyl and aryloxycarbonyl, these substituents may further have substituents; m represents an integer of ≥0; R<SP>2</SP>represents a substituent, when m is ≥2, a plurality of symbols R<SP>2</SP>may be the same or different; Ar represents one of an aromatic ring and a heteroaromatic ring; A represents one of 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-membered rings and these rings each may contain a hetero atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
