<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document retrieving device easily reusing documents. <P>SOLUTION: A partial document extracting portion 2 extracts continuous paragraphs having similar appearance frequency of a word, a paragraph having a form of explaining words, a range which is frequently reused more than a set value, continuous pages including continuous numbers at the end of a title, continuous pages of similar screen configuration of the pages, and continuous pages of similar color configuration of the pages from the document input from a document acquiring portion 1 as the partial document, and the information is saved in a storing device 7 by a partial document saving portion 3. A partial document retrieving portion 4 retrieves the partial document information of the storing device 7 according to retrieval conditions input to a retrieval condition input portion 5, and outputs the partial documents satisfying the retrieval conditions from a retrieval result output portion 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
