<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transfer apparatus to effectively utilize a band resource between the information transfer apparatus and a radio base station and the band resource between the radio base station and a radio terminal station. <P>SOLUTION: The information transfer apparatus 22 stores Mac addresses Mac 1 to 4 of radio terminal station apparatuses 32-1 to 32-4, IP addresses "10.1.2. n+1" to "10.1.2. n+4" of the radio terminal station apparatuses 32-1 to 32-4, and tag identifiers Tag 1 to Tag 4 to be allocated to radio base station apparatuses 26-1 to 26-4 connecting the radio terminal station apparatuses 32-1 to 32-4 correspondingly.
