PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak testing method that can be applied to various sized vessels or various contained materials, when the contained component is a liquid, and to provide an apparatus. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the vessel without leaks is provided with a means for placing at least one vessel under testing environment; a means for observing signal, in response to a leakage condition of the vessel; a means for generating at least one signal based on the observed signal; a means for observing whether the signal based on the observed signal lies within the dynamic signal range; a means for confirming whether the vessel has leaks, based on an observation; and a means for using the signal based on the observed signal, and updating the dynamic signal range, when the vessel does not have leaks.
