PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater device for heating a floor eliminating troublesomeness of construction work in laying the heater device to further simplify construction work and to reduce a total cost. SOLUTION: The heater device for heating the floor comprises a heater utilizing planar heating elements, and electric wires connected to the heater. The electric wire is a flat electric wire, and the flat electric wire and an electrode in the heater are connected by a plate-like connecting member.
