A wide emergency transceiving complex system is provided to transmit the current location of a wearer to the wearer's guardian in real time within a designated area if the wearer who wears a wide emergency transmitter is out of the designated area, thereby preventing any risk. A ZigBee system(90) consists of a master(10) and detectors(20). A wide emergency transmitter(30) is equipped with an emergency button, a robbery button, a call signal display, and a USB(Universal Serial Bus) jack as guaranteeing mobility, and consists of a 2.4GHz ZigBee module, a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) module, and a GPS(Global Positioning System) module. Through main servers(60,65) or a mobile phone(70), the transmitter(30) perfroms CDMA networking by using a GPS satellite(80) or a repeater station(85).
