<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckle type rope tensioning device which has skidproof and positioning effects by surely fixing a rope at a fixed point and can be assembled with covers for vehicles and boats and retains the rope in a tensioned state and has a practical function for preventing the covers from dropping caused by a strong wind. <P>SOLUTION: The buckle type rope tensioning device has a tensioning device body formed of a seat body and cover, and a single direction braking mechanism for sliding the rope in a single direction is arranged in the rope tensioning device. The single direction braking mechanism is provided with two rollers, a rotary disk, a rotary wheel, and a screw holder. The screw holder can elastically recover its position when the screw holder is turned by operating together with a spring, and is brought into contact with a single direction ratchet of the rotary disk, and provides a sliding function in a single direction and a fixing function for the rope. A buckle insertion section is provided in the tensioning device body. Thus, the rope is inserted into the tensioning device, and also wound to the single direction braking mechanism, and can be mutually fitted with a member quickly assembled when used by making use of the buckle insertion section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
