<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio control IC in which synchronous control of both of speech and light emission is possible. <P>SOLUTION: The audio control IC 100 is mounted on an electronic apparatus and controls a speech output section 24 disposed in the electronic apparatus, and controls the luminance of an LED 26 disposed in the electronic apparatus. A data acquisition section 40 acquires the speech data to be outputted from the speech output section 24, and control data Dcnt associated to the speech data and including the lighting pattern of the LED 26 and the light emission data relating to the light emission luminance.
