PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image drawing device capable of drawing an image on a label surface of a recording medium and rewriting the drawn image, to provide an image drawing program and to provide an image drawing method. SOLUTION: The image drawing device is provided with a density acquiring part acquiring density in each point on a drawing surface on which an image is drawn in a medium wherein density change according to an irradiation amount with light is generated in color and the image is drawn by the density change, an image acquiring part acquiring an image newly drawn on the drawing surface, a first irradiation part irradiating each point on the drawing surface with light having an amount generating density change from the density of each point acquired by the density acquiring part to a prescribed common density and a second irradiation part drawing an image by irradiating each point on the drawing surface with light having an amount generating density change according to image density in each point on the image acquired by the image acquiring part together with or separately from the irradiation of the first irradiation part.
